Conference/Consult
Please schedule a conference to go over the results of an evaluation. If you are scheduling an Academic Evaluation (below this section), you can also schedule the follow-up Conference now. You should schedule the conference at least one day after the evaluation to give us time to review the results. Conferences generally take one hour.
Consults should be schedule if you are considering Subject Tutoring for your child or have questions/concerns to be addressed prior to moving forward. Consults normally last about 30 minutes.
Academic Evaluations & Mock Tests
Academic Evaluations assess reading, vocabulary, grammar, writing, and math. Though the schedule below states one hour, this is only the time scheduled with a teacher for the English portion. Math and writing are done independently, and the full evaluation can take up to 3 hours, especially for grades 5+.
Mock tests for the SAT, ACT, ISEE, SSAT, HSPT, and others generally take 3 hours. The reserved time is the starting time.
Because each test requires the attendance or support of a teacher, there is a $50 testing fee. Regardless of whether you join our program or not, I believe you will find the follow-up conference very helpful. If you do register, the testing free will be deducted from tuition.
When you are finished here, please visit the Conference schedule above and reserve a time within the next two days to go over the results. We need at least one day to grade and review.
